Charlie really wanted to be in on the action this morning and waddled herself over next to me ☺️ Her first video back after her accident! 💪🏼🎉 I’ve been receiving so many messages about her and I just wanted to say another huge thank you for all the lovely thoughts and wishes for her 🙏🏼 She can’t stand or walk yet (she drags her bum around) but she does some great walking if we help hold her up and balance her ☺️🙌🏼 we’ve been using a little strap around her hips to lift up her hind quarters and make it a little easier for her to learn to use her back legs again, her left leg is getting super strong 💪🏼 but her right (which I call her ‘gimpy leg’ 😝) is a little lazy…the right side of her spinal cord had a lot more damage so it will probably take a while to get it as strong as the left… BUT she is doing SO WELL, resting lots during the day, enjoying the daily leg massage and physio I give her, and is so happy and back to herself which is all I ever could wish for ☺️ Go Charlie Bear!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 #trooper ab♥️x . 🎶Midnight (Kygo Remix)- Coldplay

Strength in Length 💪🏼 Expansion through joints is the main driver of power in functional patterns and sports. Holding oneself static in a position of expansion also creates strength and control in this range, stabilising the joints at more extreme ranges. This conditions and helps protects the joints/muscles from tearing or ripping during power output. #DownwardsDog position is a great example of a long extended position for the spine, shoulders and hamstrings/calves. However, when performed on the floor it is mainly a passive posture. Performing #yoga postures in suspension against gravity creates extra strain on the body making the position Active, adding a whole range of new benefits to the exercise. #bodyweightgurus @bodyweightgurus

This is my body – all day – everyday. Some people may like, some may hate it, but I love my body. What you see here is what I look like everyday. If you have been following me for a while, you’ll know I have uploaded the photo version of this many times. I am proud of who I am and my body because I’ve earn’t everything that I feel today. I am strong. I am fit. I am confident and I am HAPPY being me and I wouldn’t change a thing. People ALWAYS say things like “don’t you wish you had bigger boobs, don’t you wish you had a bigger bum, don’t you think you need to lift more or have more muscle” ….. mmmm NOPE! I don’t actually wish any of those things. I’m very happy with what I have. 📣 In a world full of skinny teas, special secret supplements, waist trainers and photoshop… focus on being the real YOU #earnyourconfidence www.kaylaitsines.com/app

H O M E S T A R T… despite common belief that you need a gym membership and a nutritionist, you can invest in your health from your living (especially when it’s fffffreezing – my morning jog was ❄️). _ A 20 minute EMOM, that’s every minute on the minute workout (try 15 lunges teamed with 5 press-ups) will get your heart rate up. Then head to your blender to recover well. Although, not all protein powders are created equal and a lot are bulked up with synthetic substances that don’t do much. Better ingredients are vitamin b and iron – good for tiredness and energy, especially during your monthly cycle 👍🏻 both are in @freesoulsistas. _ #postworkout #recoverwell #freesoulsistas #ad

BAKE IT OFF // In celebration of tonight's #GBBO let me introduce the secret ingredient to any six-pack diet. Cake is a superfood – you just need to know how to pick the right one. 1) Always go for sponge. They're filled with air pockets, which not only cuts back on calories it also helps you to consume even more oxygen to fuel hungry muscles. The combination of extra O2 and fast carbs makes it a perfect performance enhancer in the gym. 2) Go colourful. For every shade of the rainbow on your plate, the more varied the nutrient profile. Macros are important, but if you want to hit your micronutrient targets too, without the need for expensive supps, a colourful plate is your easiest route to nutrition plan success. As you can see here, I've hit my 5 a day in a single slice. 3) Finally, make it a show stopper. If it's not as big as your head what's the fucking point. Paul Hollywood never shook any one's hand for a measly cupcake, after all

  1. Ça peut en inspirer certains et certaines (et tout ce qu’il y a entre les deux) à s’adonner à ces activités. Mais le problème, c’est de commencer à justement, faire de l’exercice. Mais moi ça me motive. 🚶‍♂️🏃‍♂️

  2. Bon jour,
